LLMTR Chat

LLMTR Chat is a browser interface for talking to the chat models in the catalog without writing code. It opens in a new tab at chat.llmtr.com.

Opening it

Playground in the dashboard menu opens the chat in a new tab.
On a model card or model page, Try in playground opens the chat with that model selected.

You are signed in with your LLMTR account; the chat has no password and no sign-out of its own. Signing out of LLMTR also ends the chat session in that browser. To go back to the LLMTR dashboard, use Back to LLMTR at the top of the sidebar or in the user menu.

Several models at once

You can send the same message to several models and compare their answers side by side.

Press Compare in the message box and select the models to add. On a narrow screen the answers are shown one under the other.
On the model comparison page, once you pick a second model, Chat with both opens the chat with the two of them.
Each model's answer is a request of its own, billed at that model's price: a message sent to three models is billed as three requests.
When the answers are done, Merge Responses combines them into one. That is one more request, to the selected answer's model, and it runs only when you press the button.

Billing

Every message is billed through the API key you choose, at the same price as the API, and deducted from your credit balance. On Dashboard > Usage you can filter by key to see what the chat spent.

Default: the key you chose before; if that key is disabled, your oldest active key.
No key yet: a key named "LLMTR Chat" is created the first time you open the chat.
All keys disabled: the message is not sent and no new key is created. Enable one on the API keys page.

The key's spending limit, allowed models and expiry date apply in the chat exactly as they do on the API. The key the chat uses is marked "Used by LLMTR Chat" on the API keys page; to cap what the chat can spend, set a limit on that key.

Privacy

Chats are not saved: there is no chat history, and the conversation is gone when you close the tab. To keep a conversation, use Copy in the chat menu. Your messages and the images you attach are sent only to the models you selected.

Scope

The list contains chat models that answer in text. For models that generate images, video or audio, and for embeddings, use the API.
The same model can be offered by more than one provider. Each name in the list is followed by its provider, and by TR or EU where the hosting region is known. Each entry is a separate model, billed at its own price.
Pick tr or eu in the model picker's filter to narrow the list to a hosting region.
You can attach images for models that accept image input.
Web search, image generation, file libraries, memory and chat sharing are turned off.
