Forgot Password

If you have forgotten your account password, use the Forgot password? link on the dashboard sign-in form to reset it. The reset flow has two steps: a 6-digit code is sent to your email, then you enter the code along with a new password.

  1. On the sign-in dialog, click Forgot password? under the password field.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your account and complete the bot check. Click Send reset code.
  3. Enter the 6-digit code from your inbox, then type the new password twice.
  4. Click Reset password. On success, every active session on your account is terminated.
  5. Click Back to sign in and log in with your new password through the regular two-step verification flow.
  • The same response is returned whether the email is registered or not. This prevents third parties from probing which addresses have accounts.
  • Hourly request limits apply: the same IP or the same email cannot trigger many reset requests in a short window.
  • Password policy: 8-128 characters with at least one uppercase letter and one digit; no spaces, emoji, or invisible characters.
  • A successful reset revokes every refresh session, so any previously signed-in device is forced to authenticate again.
  • Code did not arrive: Check your spam folder. After the 30-second cooldown you can request a new one with Resend code.
  • “Could not verify the code”: The code may have expired or been entered incorrectly. Use Change email or password to restart the flow.
  • Still cannot sign in: Your account may have been deactivated. Reach out via the channels listed in the FAQ.
